3. Payments & Billing
All payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Stripe or via direct bank transfer (Revolut Business). By purchasing, you agree to provide accurate, complete billing information.
Payment Plans: If you enroll in a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments. Missed or failed payments may result in revoked access to content or services until the balance is resolved. We reserve the right to seek legal remedies for unpaid balances.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
We do not offer refunds on any purchases, including:
- Digital products
- Coaching, mentoring, or programs
- Online courses or educational content
Retreats & Events: Deposits are refundable. Full cancellation is permitted up to 30 days before the start of an in-person retreat or event.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, methods, business modeling frameworks, written material, recordings, videos, designs, names, brand elements, and any other intellectual property associated with this website or our offerings are the sole property of BUSINESS NEST OÜ and/or its licensors.

Clients receive lifetime access to purchased materials, unless otherwise stated. However, we reserve the right to revoke access in cases of non-payment, policy violations, or misuse.
